Privacy
Your audio or video file is uploaded to run the tool you choose. Processing happens in a temporary folder; input and output files are removed after the download response finishes. We do not keep recordings, transcripts or account profiles.
There are no accounts, payments, ad trackers or third-party audio APIs. Standard access and error logs may be used to keep the service reliable; uploaded files and generated text are not written to those logs. To localize language preferences on the homepage, the server looks up the IP address locally in its DB-IP Lite country database; the address is not sent to a third party for this purpose.
We collect first-party usage analytics on our own server to understand how the site is used. Recorded data can include pages viewed, optional UTM campaign tags, the referring website's domain, country, approximate device/browser type and successful audio-tool completions. Raw IP addresses, full browser details and full referrer URLs are not stored in the analytics database. Unique visit estimates use a keyed digest of IP and browser data in 30-minute intervals; analytics records are kept for up to 13 months. Administrators can view these metrics on the password-protected traffic analytics page.
To share the free service fairly, one conversion runs at a time. Files are limited to 32 MB and 5 minutes. Uploaded recordings are not used to train models.
